(xii) Conceptualized different forms of community service and implemented on the ground by asking litigants/lawyers/accused to plant saplings while restoring petitions or granting bail. Some accused were sent to hospitals for community service, and others were directed to install water harvesting systems in their houses for water preservation. Around 26,000 saplings (as of October 2024) have developed into full-fledged trees in the Gwalior/Jabalpur jurisdiction.
(xiii) Cranfield University, Bedfordshire, UK, published this as a case study for their Postgraduate Management students under "Transformative Judicial Leadership."
(xiv) Instrumental in establishing the new State Campus of National Forensic Science University (N.F.S.U.), Gandhinagar, at Bhopal through various bail orders.
(xv) Brought innovative concepts such as “Social Audit” and “Shourya Didi” for the welfare of vulnerable children, children in need of care and protection (CNCP), women and persons with disabilities (PWDs) as Judge and Chairman of the Juvenile Justice Committee, M.P. High Court. Vide Circular dated 08.01.2025 issued by Women and Child Development Department, Government of M.P., Bhopal, concept of “Social Audit” has been implemented for all stakeholders. Born on 16th March, 1964 at Bilaspur (now at Chattisgarh). He graduated in Science from Rani Durgawati Vishwavidyalaya and in Law attaining the 5th position in the Pt. Ravishankar Shukla University.

Inspired by his father Shri K.K.Verma (Retired District & Sessions Judge), he joined Madhya Pradesh Judicial Services in the year 1987, at a young age of 23 years and 5 months, as Civil Judge Class II, Balaghat (M.P.), He was promoted as Civil Judge Class I on 31 st December, 1993, and as Chief Judicial Magistrate on 4th June, 1997.

His Lordship was promoted to Higher Judicial Services on 4th September, 1998. He was granted Selection Grade on 10th October, 2007 and Super Time Scale on 1st December, 2015.

In course of his service spanning over 33 years, his Lordship has served at variety of positions at the Registry of Hon'ble High Court, Secretariat of Government of Madhya Pradesh as well as at several District & Sessions Courts.

At the Indore Bench of High Court of Madhya Pradesh he has served as the Principal Registrar as well as District Judge (Inspection). He has been posted as the District & Sessions Judge, the Special Judge (under SC/ST Prevention of Atrocity Act) as well as the Principal Judge, Family Court at Sagar.

His Lordship has also served as Secretary, Law & Legislative Affairs Department, Govt. of Madhya Pradesh.

These books include Ajeya Krantrikari Rajguru, Sataar Tat Aur Azaad, Bhagat Singh Ke Saathi Batukeshwar Dutt, Wo Chaar Zabaanj Krantikari. Cricket Khelna Seekhe is also a celebrated piece of work authored by him. He has also made praiseworthy contribution in the book "Judicial History & Courts of Madhya Pradesh" published High Court of Madhya Pradesh.

His Lordship was administered oath as a Judge of the High Court of Madhya Pradesh on 25th June, 2021.

Shri Pranay Verma was born on 12th December, 1973. He is the son of late Hon’ble Shri Justice Bipin Chandra Verma, who was an Hon’ble Judge of this Court and thereafter Hon’ble Chief Justice of Punjab & Haryana High Court. After completing school education, Shri Pranay Verma obtained Bachelor Degrees in Commerce and Law. He was enrolled as an Advocate on 1st July, 1998 on the rolls of the State Bar Council of Madhya Pradesh and started practice under able guidance of Shri Ravish Chandra Agarwal, Senior Advocate. He was practicing in the High Court of Madhya Pradesh and various District Courts as well as Family Courts, Consumer Forum and Debt Recovery Tribunal for the last about 23 years. He was dealing in Civil, Constitutional, Criminal and Service matters.

Hon'ble Shri Justice Sandeep Natvarlal Bhatt was born on 16th September, 1967 at Rajkot in the family of the lawyer. His Lordship graduated in Science from Kotak Science College, Rajkot in the year 1988 and received Law degree in the year 1992. Thereafter, His Lordship was enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Gujarat on 23rd January, 1993.
Justice Bhatt has started practice as a lawyer initially at Rajkot, in the office of his father Late Shri Natvarlal S. Bhatt, who had served Bar Council of Gujarat as a member for four terms. He also served as Chairman of Bar Council of Gujarat in the year 1992-93 and thereafter, as member of the Bar Council of India for five years. He was the Vice Chairman of Bar Council of India by giving his excellent contribution in the various activities of Bar Council of India and also for the betterment of the legal fraternity.
Thereafter, His Lordship shifted to Ahmedabad in January, 1994 and started practice with Late Shri Girishbhai D. Bhatt, who has also served with Bar Council of Gujarat.
His Lordship practised in the High Court of Gujarat and before various Tribunals and Secretariats like DRT, GRT, SSRD, NCLT for almost 27 years by representing various nationalized banks, institutions, municipalities, panchayats, municipal corporations and some reputed private companies. His Lordship had practised in various subjects of the law like; Civil, Criminal, Banking, Revenue etc.
His Lordship was Assistant Government Pleader and Additional Standing Counsel for Central Government in the High Court. His Lordship also rendered services on various posts as Joint Secretary, General Secretary, Vice President and as members of committee in Gujarat High Court Advocates Association for years together. His Lordship had also very actively participated in social service activities by discharging duties as a President of Rotaract Club and thereafter Rotary Club also. His Lordship also served as District Rotaract representative in the year 1992-93. His Lordship is a regular blood donor from the age of 18 and has donated blood more than 60 times.
The elder brothers of His Lordship, Late Shri Dhimantbhai and Shri Yateenbhai were also practicing lawyers at Rajkot and Morbi respectively. His Lordship's wife Shrimati Sonal S. Bhatt was also practicing advocate and now the son Shri Harshit Bhatt and nephew Shri Dhairyawan Bhatt are practicing at Gujarat High Court. He started his practice as associate Advocate in the Chambers of Hon'ble Shri Justice J.K.Maheshwari at Gwalior.

He started his independent practice in the year 2005 and practicing as an Advocate in Indirect Tax (Commercial Tax, Central Sales Tax, VAT, Entry Tax, GST etc.), Income Tax, Central Excise, Service Tax Civil Matters, Service Matters, Constitutional Matters, Election Matters, Corporate Law, Arbitration Law, Industrial Law/Labour Law, Panchayat Matters and Criminal matters.

He represented M.P.Trade and Investment Facilitation Corporation Limited (TRIFAC), remained Standing counsel for Municipal Council, Guna, Represented Municipal Council, Phoof, represented Municipal Corporation, Gwalior in Income Tax matters, represented NFL in tax matters (direct/indirect), represented Punj Lloyd, IFFCO, Bharat Heavy Electricals, Ruchi Soya, Agro Solvent, Parag Edible, VI.CC etc.

He filed several Public Interest Litigations for public related issues like: amelioration of amenities in Schools imparting Primary Education, Protection of land of Tribal Community, Hygienic procedure for TT operations, regarding security of DRDE, Gwalior, Sale of online medicine, malnutrition of children etc.

He was appointed amicus curie in the case involving the issue of adulteration in food items (with emphasis on milk and milk products) and the issue relates to solid waste management of the city of Gwalior and in a case relates to operation of ATM machines, how to ensure security in operations in dealing with public money.

He was also life member of High Court Bar Association, Gwalior as well as State Bar Council of M.P.

His Lordship Shri Pushpendra Yadav was born on 27th February 1977. He hails from the renowned Devda family of Village Shivpur, District Narmadapuram. His Grandfather Late Shri Radhelal Devda, was a well-known freedom fighter of Narmadapuram District. His father, Late Shri J.P. Yadav, was a distinguished lawyer practicing at Bhopal and was widely regarded as a master of cooperative law.

Lordship completed his graduation in Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree from M.V.M. College, Bhopal, which is affiliated with Barkatullah University, in the year 1997. After completing his graduation, he took admission in State Law College, Bhopal, and successfully completed his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree in the year 2000. On 29.07.2000 he was enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Madhya Pradesh and lateron joined the Chamber of renowned Senior Advocate Shri Sanjay K Agrawal.

My Lord is practicing for about 25 years at High Court of Madhya Pradesh at Jabalpur, Central Administrative Tribunal, Jabalpur and District Court, Jabalpur. His Lordship has actively practiced in the Civil, Criminal, and Constitutional domains of law. He has also handled numerous cases in specialized areas such as Co-operative Law, Service Law, Municipal Election law and Arbitration Law.

Lordship was Panel Lawyer for the State of M.P from 2013 to 2015. He worked as Government Advocate for the State of M.P. from March 2015 to June 2017. He worked as Deputy Advocate General for the State of M.P. from July 2017 to November, 2018. He also held that the office of Additional Advocate General for the State of M.P. from June 2020 to December 2021. Prior to his elevation he also hold the office of Deputy Solicitor General of India from June 2022.

In the month of December, 2024 My Lord has been designated as Senior Advocate by the Hon’ble High Court of M.P.

In addition to his work for the Government, he also served as the Legal Advisor to the Madhya Pradesh Rajya Sahkari Bank Maryadit (Apex Bank) from November 2020 to November 2021.

Shri Anand Singh Bahrawat was born on 26.07.1978. His father Shri Uday Singh Bahrawat earned a respected place in the legal fraternity, served in District Judiciary and retired as Principal District Judge in the year 2013. His sister Smt. Sangeeta Tiwari also served in the legal fraternity as a Civil Judge, but her untimely departure left an eternal void in their lives. His two brothers are also currently serving in the legal fraternity as a Judge. Shri Harsh Singh Bahrawat is Registrar (Administration) in the High Court of Madhya Pradesh, Principal Seat, Jabalpur and Shri Prasanna Singh Bahrawat posted as District Judge in Dewas.

After obtaining B.Com. degree from Jain College, Vidisha and LL.B. degree from Career College, Bhopal, he was enrolled as an Advocate on 04.11.2001 on the rolls of the State Bar Council of Madhya Pradesh.

S/o Late Shri Rama Chandran Pillai, date of birth 04.08.1971 was born in Kerala in a middle class family in a village Bhagwati Paddi, and then his father & Mother being employed as Clerk in Govt. Grant in Aid School at Naveen Vidhya Bhawan Napier Town Jabalpur M.P on attaining the age of four year got him admitted here at St. Joseph Sr.Girls Higher Secondary School, Jabalpur M.P. where after prosecuting his studies till Class I, was promoted and shifted to St. Aloysius H.S.S Jabalpur M.P where from Class Il to Class XII he prosecuted his studies with Commerce in the Higher Secondary Class and passed First Division in Class XII in 1989.

He thereafter prosecued his Graduation from G.S. College of Commerce & Economics Jabalpur M.P and on completion of his Graduation in 1992, further prosecuted his L.L.B (Bachelor of Law) from N.E.S Law College, Jabalpur M.P and competed the same in 1996. He is fluent in speaking and writing English, Hindi and Malyalam languages and has a hobby of reading and travelling.

Thereafter he joined S.S.l (l) Ltd, a non-banking institution as Legal advisor from 1997 to 2002 and due to winding up of the company, he resigned from the services and having a law background and being much familiar with company matters, financial, labour and miscellaneous disputes, got enrolled in the State Bar of M.P in March 2003 and joined the esteemed office of Hon'ble Justice Shri Satish Chandra Sharma in March 2003 where he had the privilege and destiny under his kind and able guidance to learn, practice Service, Labour, Constitutional, Arbitration and Civil laws and appeared for variours orgnisations viz.
